Loved the large, spacious room 🛏️! Staff was super helpful, but the breakfast options were pretty limited. The earlier check-in process had me feeling a bit unprepared for the day. Still, a decent stay overall!

Unexpectedly cozy in Brussels
The staff were genuinely friendly and went out of their way to assist us. The bus stop right outside made exploring Brussels super convenient.
However, we faced issues with the air conditioning, and the breakfast quality left much to be desired. Some mornings, it was chaos trying to get a decent meal.

Spacious triple room was a plus, and the area was peaceful. We did try our luck with nearby eats like Royale Pizza and Cambodiana, which were both delicious finds.
From the beginning, we had a bit of awkwardness at reception when an employee lost his cool over my invoice inquiry. The rest of the staff were fine, thankfully, and it didn’t spoil the vibe.

The real deal or a total steal?
Rooms were spacious and equipped with more comfortable beds , making for a good night's rest after our long journey. The front desk staff were incredibly accommodating when we needed assistance switching rooms.
We encountered issues with breakfast that felt limited compared to similar establishments. Furthermore, you’d be hard-pressed to find nearby dining options, which is quite frustrating for guests.

what a disaster. first, paying in cash was absolutely ridiculous, especially since I had to trek 10 minutes for an atm. the staff barely helped, making me feel utterly unimportant. and don’t get me started on the shabby furniture! I almost left a good review, but I just couldn’t put up with such disrespect.
